Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your watch! If it’s not quite the perfect fit, don’t worry—we’ve got you covered. You can return your watch within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

To ensure all our customers receive brand-new watches, returned items must meet the following criteria:

  • The watch must not have been worn
  • All original tags and protective stickers must still be attached
  • The watch must be returned in its original box, including all warranty cards and instruction manuals

If any of these conditions are not met, or if the watch shows signs of wear, a restocking fee of up to 35% may apply. We appreciate your understanding—this helps us continue offering competitive prices.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact us at 365-499-6039 or email info@justwatchme.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
  2. Once approved, we’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label
  3. Clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the package to help us process your return quickly

Free Returns

As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, approved returns include free return shipping.

Refunds

Once your watch is received and inspected, we will issue a refund for the purchase price. Please note:

  • Refunds are processed after inspection
  • Duties paid on U.S. shipments are non-refundable

Refused Shipment:

Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a 15% restocking/reprocessing fee plus shipping costs.
