We want you to love your watch! If you decide it’s not quite the perfect fit, don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. You can return it within 30 days for a full refund. Here’s what you need to know:

Condition for Returns: To ensure we can offer our customers brand-new watches, returns must meet these conditions:

  • The watch has never been worn.
  • All original tags and stickers are still attached.
  • The watch is returned in its original box with all warranty cards and instruction manuals included.
  • If any of these items are missing or if the watch shows signs of wear, we may charge up to a 35% restocking fee. We hope you understand, our margins in many of our products are very thin and our goal is to continue offering the great prices you love!
How to Start a Return:

 

Just give us a call at 365-499-6039 or email us at info@justwatchme.net to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once we process your request, we’ll provide return shipping labels to make the process as smooth as possible.

 

 

Helpful Tip: Be sure to write your RMA number clearly on the outside of the box so we can quickly identify your return when it arrives to our location.

Refused Shipments:
Orders that are refused or undeliverable will be subject to a 15% restocking/reprocessing fee plus shipping costs.
