Warranty Repair Policy

  1. Coverage:
    • Warranty repairs are handled according to the terms and conditions outlined in the manufacturer’s warranty.
    • Coverage typically includes defects in materials or workmanship but excludes damage caused by misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, broken glass).
  2. Proof of Warranty:
    • To initiate a warranty repair, simply contact us and provide proof of purchase. However, if you can’t locate it, don’t worry! We keep records of all our sales. Just let us know the watch model and approximate purchase date, and we’ll take care of the rest.
  3. Non-Warranty Repairs:
    • If the issue is not covered under warranty, we can still assist you; however, the repair costs will be your responsibility.

Warranty Repair Process

  1. Contact Us:
    • Start by reaching out to us at info@justwatchme.net or call us at 365-499-6039 to explain the issue.
    • Our team will guide you through the next steps and determine if the repair is covered under warranty.
  2. Return Authorization:
    • Once your warranty status is confirmed, we’ll issue a Warranty Repair Authorization (WRA) number.
    • We’ll also provide shipping instructions to send your watch to our service center located in Toronto.
  3. Shipping Your Watch:
    • Carefully package your watch to avoid damage during transit, please do not send the original box of the watch.
    • Include the WRA number and a copy of our instructions.
    • Write the WRA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box for easy identification.
  4. Repair Timeline:
    • Repairs typically take 2–6 weeks, depending on the nature of the issue and the manufacturer’s process.
    • We’ll keep you updated throughout the repair process.
  5. Return Shipping:
    • Once the repair is complete, your watch will be returned to you free of charge (if covered under warranty).
    • For non-warranty repairs, you’ll be notified of any shipping fees prior to return.

Additional Notes

  • Watches sent for repair must be clean and free of personal accessories (e.g., bracelets or straps not originally included with the watch).
  • Any watches sent without prior authorization may be delayed in processing.
